Most people when they deside they want to know how to increase muscle mass almost start by looking at the muscle building magazines.But then they are over whelmed with the so called latest and greatest muscle gaining secrets,the newest supplements that have hit the market the make all sorts of claims on how you can gain so much muscle that you get so big you will split your shirt!
I will tell you do not have to have some monster workout that some huge bodybuilder is telling you they follow.Besides most of those guys are filled with anobolic steroids,growth hormone and who knows what else so any work out they do will produce muscle gains,and they will have a much greater workout capacity.
If you want to increase your muscle mass,you should stick with compound multi jointed exercises.Your workout should not take over an hour ,if it does your more than likely over training.Eat good nutrional food,after all the food you eat will be the building blocks for yourt muscle mass.Get plenty of rest,without rest you will never gain the muscle you want.And always remember to workout intensely.You have ot have a progressive over load on your muscle to stress them so the muscles will try to adabt by building up bigger and stronger.
